10. What rights do I have in connection with the processing of personal data?
In view of the fact that we process your personal data, you have various rights vis-à-vis us, of which we would like to inform you about the content, terms of use and restrictions.
- Right of access
Virtually anyone has the right to contact us and obtain confirmation from us whether or not we process their personal data. In addition, you have the right at any time to ask us for more detailed information about the processing of your personal data, such as the purposes of processing, categories of data concerned, recipients, processing time, your rights, etc.
You also have the right to obtain from us a copy of any personal data we process about you. The only reason why we should not comply with you is if this would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons or data subjects.
- Right to rectification
If you find that we process your personal data inaccurately (e.g. we have an old address, contact details, etc.), you always have the right to ask us to correct the inaccurate data, or to supplement it on the basis of your additional statement.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
We only process your personal data for a specified period of time and then delete it immediately. In addition, you have the right to write to us to delete your personal data in the event that one of these reasons arises

- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
- you object to a legitimate interest and we will assess that this legitimate interest does not outweigh your rights (in the case of marketing purposes based on a legitimate interest, we will delete this data immediately);

- erasure is imposed on us by the law of the Czech Republic or EU law.
However, not in all cases we can accommodate you. Sometimes there are reasons why we should retain your personal data where this is necessary:
- for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to comply with a legal obligation;
- on grounds of public interest in the field of public health;
- for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;
- for the determination, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Right to restriction of processing
If we request this, we will stop processing your personal data or keep it stored, but we will not process it otherwise. This right is called the “right to restriction of processing” and you can only use it in the following cases:
- you deny the accuracy of the personal data for as long as it takes to verify its accuracy;
- the processing is unlawful, you refuse the erasure of personal data and require restriction of their use;
- we will no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but you will require us to retain it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- you object to a legitimate interest pending an assessment of its legitimacy.
- Right to portability
In the event that we process your personal data automatically and the processing is based on consent or the necessity to fulfill the contract, you have the right to so-called portability. The right to portability guarantees that the data you have provided to us will be transmitted to you in a commonly used and machine-readable format, or we will transfer this data to another controller whom you indicate to us.
- Right to object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest
If we process your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to lodge a reasoned objection to such processing. In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes, you do not need to justify the request and we will immediately stop processing your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
This is the case, for example, when we send you commercial communications about similar products or services that you have purchased from us, i.e. on the basis of the so-called customer exception. If you do not wish to do so, please let us know by email, or provide us with this information at the appropriate place when registering or placing an order and we will not do so or we will stop doing so. You can also use the unsubscribe link provided at the end of the email as part of our business communications.
In other cases, we have the right to examine your objection and assess whether your rights take precedence over our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent
If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to refuse and withdraw your consent at any time. In this case, we will no longer proceed with further processing and, if the law does not prevent us from doing so, we will delete your personal data.
However, if we also process your personal data on the basis of another legal title, we have no obligation (sometimes we may not) to delete the personal data.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, of course you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
