2: We take it apart together (90 minutes online)
We read your numbers stage by stage: awareness → leads → qualified → paid → retained. The biggest gap between reality and plan is your leak. Benchmarks make it objective — not my opinion, but "your conversion is below the industry floor." We find the three biggest holes and why each one leaks.
3: You leave with a one-page plan
Within two business days: three leaks, a concrete action for each, what to start measuring and what to stop doing. One page. Actions, not a report.
