I won't link CRM to email or set up conversion metrics in GA4.
Hire a specialist to debug your bidding and review your ad accounts in detail (Google Ads, Meta).
I'm a strategist and content marketer, not a designer or developer.
I will recommend a stack of tools that will free your hands and save people, but I will not physically build complex workflows and connect “pipes” for you in Make, Zapier, or Hubspot. I will help you hire a specialist for this.
